ENVIRONMENT
We take pride in the aesthetics of our indoor classroom environments. In our classrooms you will find purposeful displays and use of a natural color palette. All classrooms are intentionally set up with designated play areas including blocks/building area, library/quiet area, dramatic play area, art area, and a math and science area.
Each area of the classroom is set up in a child-directed manner that promotes shared use of space and materials, imagination, and problem-solving skills. Curriculum throughout the classroom environment is switched regularly to keep the children engaged and to target their interests.
Our classrooms provide a home-like and inviting environment where children feel safe and secure. We believe the classroom environment should be filled with exploration, creative thinking, and hands-on experiences.
